Introduction
Has Valencia always been the capital of the Region? What happened to the River Turia so that it no longer flows through the city? Who founded Valencia?
Description
We will drive through incredible valleys of orange trees and accompanied by the explanations of a professional guide we will go by motorway to the capital of the Region of Valencia. First of all, we will visit the famous City of Arts and Sciences, where the guide will inform you about its famous buildings. From here you will have three options to choose from.
- For those who wish to stay all day at this place, the guide will tell you the pick-up time for your return. He or she will also help you with entrance tickets, options, possible promotions and discounts in the different buildings that make up this complex (Hemisfèric, Príncipe Felipe Science Museum, Oceanográfico).
- Continue with the bus, making a panoramic tour to the historical centre of the city. The guide will tell you the time and point of departure for the return journey and will give you a map with the recommended route to follow on your own.
- Visit the city with your official guide (6 €/person, including headsets) on a walking tour by its famous Central Market, its main monuments, the exterior of the Cathedral and so on . Free time for lunch and shopping.
